Nicholson Revell LLP: Settlement of 1.9 Million obtained.
Sam G. Nicholson of Nicholson Revell LLP was able to obtain this settlement for a client that sustained a severe fracture to her right ankle which required three hospitalizations and five separate surgical procedures. Defendant driver was in town on business for his employer, and failed to yield to the right of way, turned left into our client’s path of travel causing this serious injury. This case was resolved at the pre trial hearing and resulted in a settlement of 1.9 million.
